Create your Employer Branding material in few simple steps

Now when you are up-to-date with our Employer Brand and our Employer Value Proposition, you have created an effective Employer branding plan for your Business Unit.

In order to support your EB efforts, now it is easy to create any of the Employer Branding materials you may need.

1.GO TO CREATE CENTER

Simply click “CREATE” in the main navigation panel of the platform.

2. DECIDE WHO IS TARGETED AUDIENCE

Think of the targeted audience for which you will use the asset: is it BDs, MTs, Professionals, Leaders? It is important since the designs and messages are different per segment.

3.CHOOSE THE TEMPLATE YOU NEED

Select the asset you want to create today, print or digital, (poster, job description, job ad, facebook post...). You will select the asset by clicking on the respective thumbnail and the tempalte will open in editorial format

4. CUSTOMIZE YOUR PIECE

Design center will allow you to compeltely customize your asset by firstly choosing the size you need for the asset, then the language and your region (your BU). Template that you see will be prepopulated with our standardized copy, but you will be able to edit the copy in line with our needs, but following our brand and messaging guidelines.

Make sure to select the right talent segment (under "category" tab) as this determines the overall design. Translate and tweak the text to your needs directly in the image (don't foget to click "Edit Copy" to enable it). From the image bank, you can choose an image that fits with the message and segment you are targeting. You can also select/change the Business Unit logo by clicking on it and selecting the right one for you. Decide if you want an QR code (provide immediately the corresponding URL) and/or social media logos by simply clicking on those that are reelvant.

5. SAVE AND SUBMIT

Have a final check.

If you love it, save it by the name that will be good indicator of what the asset is about (e.g. 15.09.18. Adria_BD_Poster A4L).

6.PRINT OR PUBLISH

Your asset will be approved by defined aprover for your Business Unit. And that is is, you can have it printed or published immediately! Enjoy your masterpiece!

* Alternatively you can see the list of assets that were already created by your colleagues and us them as starting point if you believe you will need just few tweaks in that way.
